MultiChem Inc. markets specialty and base chemicals throughout Canada and the North East United States, serving every major market segment through three distinct Business Units. In addition, MultiChem also sells chemicals on an international basis.

The Company's headquarters, located in Boucherville Quebec, contain the centralized logistics, IT, and financial departments, as well as the primary Customer Service operation. This location is also the base for the Quebec sales office, which provides primary sales coverage for the Quebec, Maritimes, and North East United States markets.

The Ontario sales office is located west of Toronto in Mississauga. This location is the regional base for the Ontario, Western Canada, and New York / Michigan markets.

MultiChem's diverse customer base is served from several strategically located warehouses and terminals, including locations in Montreal and Toronto for packaged goods and samples, and Quebec City, Montreal, Valleyfield, and Hamilton for bulk liquids. Where preferable, MultiChem delivers products to the market directly from its supplier's facilities.

MultiChem is an active member of the Canadian Association of Chemical Distributors (CACD) and is fully certified under the CACD Responsible Distribution® code. The company is also ISO 9001:2000 registered.

  Strategy and Outlook    
  MultiChem believes in conducting business with a focus on major industry segments and as a result, sales and product management personnel are situated accordingly. MultiChem will continue to expand in these areas of knowledge through increased product offerings and added industry expertise via the ongoing training and hiring of qualified personnel.

The Company will continue to actively seek out potential acquisitions, both in Canada and the United States, that are strategic to an identified geographic and product portfolio expansion plan.

MultiChem has a proven, long-term commitment to its business, as witnessed by the Company's history of having never lost a principal supplier and the continued expansion into new product lines with existing suppliers.
